kidnapping continued in One Tree Hill - Season 9, Episode 7: "Last known surroundings". In this episode Nathan Scott finally free his hands and cut the cable ties from his legs. But kidnappers caught him again and tightened the cable ties around his wrists and also tied his ankles to chair's legs with plastic cable ties and grey duct tape.
